This website is published by WinstarIT, a technology company building software products and digital services, with its office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean WinstarIT.

These terms cover the website itself. Work we do for a client is governed by the proposal and agreement signed for that work, and where a signed agreement says something different, the signed agreement wins.

When you send an enquiry through this site, you are asking us to get in touch. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract exists between us until a proposal or agreement is signed by both sides.
Prices, timelines and scope shown or discussed before that point are estimates given in good faith, and they can change once the requirement is properly understood.
Please send us only what is needed for us to understand your requirement. Do not send confidential material, personal data about other people, or credentials through the enquiry form.

Exkoo, PropertyChain and Mailkoo are our own products. This site describes them; it does not grant you any right to use them.
Using either product is governed by that product's own terms, agreed when an account is created, and those terms are separate from these.
Where this site shows a product interface, the figures, names and listings in it are illustrative. They are there to show how the product works, and they do not represent real customers, real transactions or results you should expect.

The design, text, graphics, code and arrangement of this site, together with the WinstarIT name and logo, are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
Product names, logos and trade marks belonging to other companies appear on this site only to describe the technologies we work with. They remain the property of their owners, and their appearance here does not imply any endorsement or partnership.
Ownership of work we produce for a client is set out in that client's agreement, not here.

You keep ownership of anything you send us. By sending it, you give us permission to use it for the purpose of answering you and, if we go on to work together, of carrying out that work.
You confirm that you have the right to send us whatever you send, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
